Wikkelboat 1 has two living / bedrooms.A large one with a kitchen and a slightly smaller one, both with their own lovely double bed which is hidden in the wall during the day so that you have all the space. The large room has a three-person sofa, which is simply transformed into a single bed by turning the seat cushion. The small room also has a comfortable armchair that you can convert into a single bed for a sixth person. That is the maximum nightly occupation of this boat. Naturally, the boat has all necessary bedding and pillows. The large room has an expandable table where you can sit with up to 8 people for a dinner or meeting. You can use our projector to connect to your laptop/mobile phone for watching a movie. You also have a central bathroom where you will find the dishwasher, shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen has a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, combination microwave with steaming functionality and two induction hobs, which is also located in the central part of the boat. The cherry on the cake is the outside terrace. On either side of the boat a terrace with table and chairs, the terrace on the water side of which is partially covered with a veranda where you can hang our double hammock for lounging. You can also use a BarrelQ for outdoor barbecuing. A fantastic five-person Jacuzzi is hidden below deck; this means you have the entire terrace available when you are not using it, which is very handy. By simply opening two hatches, it will appear and you will step into it. With an unobstructed view over the Binnen-Dieze and view on the Silos on the other side, your stay on this Wikkelboat will certainly be unforgettable. On the side you have your own outdoor shower.
We also provide 6 optional bikes to use, to be reserved on forehand by our webapp (limited number so no guarantee everyone has a bike always).
Wikkelboat Nr. 2 is a copy of nr. 1 and is located at the right side of Nr. 1 seen from street level.

The smaller sofabed (for 6th person) is smaller than regular beds: 190x80cm, we provide an additional topper so it sleeps softer than regular.
Our Wikkelboats are idyllically moored among lush green along the Tramkade, a unique part of Den Bosch. The industrial heritage of the Koudijs/De Heus company with the famous silos with graffiti art on them and within walking distance of the city center. The Tramkade is buzzing with new activity, there is always something to do! In and around the old factory spaces you will find companies, workshops, cafes and terraces. Here you can enjoy specialty beers and special (brewing) activities that are organized throughout the year. Literally around the corner are De Verkadefabriek (theatre and cinema) and Willem Twee (pop stage and art space). Visitdenbosch.nl contains an up-to-date overview of events, museums and other highlights in the city.
You can come by Public transport to the Central Station of Den Bosch. It's a nice 10 minute walk to our Wikkelboats.
Alternatively come by car and park it conveniently next to the boat for a regular paid parking spot (check https://www.parkeren-denbosch.nl/betaald-parkeren for all possibilities) or for free just at the other side of the river next to Gamma.
